Does anyone know the twist rate of the NEF barrels in 7-08? I didn't see in the the FAQ section.

It's there .280 (probably should say .284) 1 in 10. Seems a touch slow I was reading in Ken waters "Petloads" where 1 in 9.25 would only stabilize short bullets over 160, I wonder what the limit would be for 1 in 10.

I see Savage makes theirs 1 9.25 also. What is NEF's problem anyway? I do not understand what the big deal is in making their barrels a more common twist rate.
