Seems like Federal is the best I've used personally. What is your favorite?

Best picnic shells I've found are CCI Blazers.

If you're out to have some fun punching paper or rolling tin cans, they're hard to beat.  Especially when you can buy them any day of the week around here for $0.69 per box.

I also like the Federals. They shoot reasonably well in all my 22s and is the only bulk round that will cycle my Rem597.

federal american eagle copper plated hp's shoot great.
wolf match target is great for a cheaper version of "match" ammo.
win x-perts from wal-mart do ok, but i gotta shoot some more to see just how good.

I also am a big fan of the Federals. I shoot thousands of the Fedreal Classic HPs in the 550 round bulk packs every year.

After testing a lot of different ammo in 9 different 22's, I settled on Federal bulk.  I have a soft spot for Remington, as it shoots well in my rifles, but the Federal stuff beat it hands down.  Winchester power-Points are very accurate in some 22's, but the X-pert stuff won't feed in anything I own.  Took me about two years to finish a brick of those.  I'm planning on trying some of the Wolf ammo if I can find it locally, I'm still looking.

I have my best luck with Winchester Wildcat. It is the cheapest stuff in the store up here at $.99 a box, but better than the other bargain brands like Rem. Thunderbolt. Wildcats are pretty reliable too.

Aguila SE . Either subsonic or std velocity. This stuff is so consistant that it's shot buy 1/2 the guys in my bullseye league. It costs $13/500 delivered from Coles Distributing.

A close call between the Win dynapoints and federal HPs. I get too many squib loads from the remmies in bulk HP. POWDERMAN.  :D  :D  :D  :D

:cb2: OK, I'm a happy camper now. The new Wally World that just opened up near where I work has Dynapoints. Haven't seen any around here in several years. Now I just gotta find time to go out and shoot 'em!

Winny Dynapoints are my all-around best-buy.  Only a couple of my rifles don't seem to like it.  Federal bonus-pack are good, but not as tight shooting in most of my guns.
