Okay, just got back from gun show and bought a Remington 700 SS in .308. This is a heavy barrel, fluted and it has a grayish synt. stock....The guy said it was Sendero, but I'm not for sure, as it is not on the barrel. There was no box, but the dealer said it was new and unfired, and it is. Several other dealers at the show said that Remington quit making this gun, and I'm looking for any input on the gun.
