I've got a strong side and cross draw--having said that I have to remember to do the cross draw dance so I don't break the 170* line.

My brother started out with the same rig but now has gone to two strong side holsters.  He draws the left and switches it to the right hand to fire.  He likes it better than what he started with.

Let us know if you need further info.

Randell, depends on how much butt y'all got left.

For us who're now in the "all gut, no butt" stage of life, not much works real well.  Personally, I use a straight belt with one strongside and one crossdraw holster.  I tighten the belt as much as I can, then loosen it a notch so that I can wear it at a slight cant, strongside low.   I figure the more crooked you wear the belt, the less chance it has of sliding down to the knees.   If ya got somekind of butt to speak of, no problemo with any style rig.

Now, being that we have somekind of overhang, we aren't able to see the cartridges or shotshells on our belts.  Our advantage is that any cartridge belt becomes "contoured" and shotshells tend to stick out away from our bodies.

Some pards, with said problem, have reported some success using belts with a suede lining.  Tends to make the belt a little more "sticky".   I believe I also heard mention of using specially rigged suspenders to help keep the gun belt up where we need them.  Don't remember if they're legal for state or regional matches.
