whats the best way? should a guy use a sterno and heat it in a coffee can while you unt only? or should ya take a can down and heat it with a torch and leave it after its hot?

are there other things a person should use as attractants along with or instead of honey?

i see nothing in the wisconsin regs regarding burners.....anybody know if they are ok to use?

I bear hunt in Wisconsin and I am quite sure that honey burns are not legal there.

ok so the last part leads me to believe you can use honey burners. bait cant be placed in metal, paper, plastic glass etc.....but does not apply to scent materials. thats about as clear as it gets. ive got a call into the dnr but unfortunately they aren't in right now. but when they call back...ill have a better answer.
