Now that Browning has dropped the high wall in 45/70, rumor has it Winchester will start producing them some day. Anybody heard WHEN?

I CALLED WINCHESTER TODAY (1 800 333 3288) AND THEY SAID THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE THE LOW WALL THIS AND POSSIBLY THE HIGHWALL IN THE NEXT YEAR OR SO.

Dunno who ya talked to or what is going on. BUT I just called the same number and asked about plans for this year and next regarding both LW and HW. I was told that this year the LW is available in the .17 HRM but they have no current firm plans for any centerfire versions of the LW or LW for this year or out years.

I DON'T KNOW WHO I TALKED TO EITHER . MABY I SOUNDED TO POSITIVE ON THE (POSSIBLY) PART. SHE TOLD ME ABOUT THE LOW WALL , THEN I ASKED ABOUT THE HIGHWALL ,AND SHE JUST SAID (THAT IT COULD BE POSSIBLE IN A YEAR OR TWO).
