West Brothers building a mortar?

Can anyone tell me how to contact the West Brothers? I can't figure out how to use search on this site and I heard that the West Brothers, who ever they may be, might possibly be  intending to build a 10 inch mortar and I would like to get some information on that endevor.

Far as I know, the West's are only build full scale 12 and 24pdr.s.
