Hi why did they stop making the marlin 922 m 22 mag auto loader !

A little research on the net indicates that Marlin discontinued manufacture of the 922M because they stopped making the Camp Carbine which it is based on.

Hi i have like the way the 922 m shot and i killed alot of game with one the only thing i didnt like was the clip stuck out to much i am looking for a new 22 mag atuo loader and i have fount some of the 922m still new in the box it will be a new marlin or Ruger i cut Remington from my list VM

I really like my 922m, it is sad that they quit making them.
The only complaint I had was the trigger was absolute garbage on mine. The gunsmith that did my trigger job couldn't believe how bad it was either.
