I am wondering.  Does your Handi like loads at the low end, middle or high end of powder charge?  I'm talking accuracy.  My 223 seems, so far, to like middle of the road charges.

I'll let ya know on Wednesday if I can get to the range, I have loads up to max of H380 with the 65gr Vmax made up to see how they do. Will try  the same powder with 55gr CT BSTs.
