Hay BigBill:  Howdy do...  How have you been?  Hope you have weathered this foul weather the Northeast has been having lately.  For me, it is a pain.

I would suggest that if your Swede shoots a one hole 3 shot group at 100 yds then think about one of those micrometer sights.  If yours is not that accurate, save the $ for another accessory.  If you are going to shoot long range target and if your Swede will do it, then go for it.  Mikey here.

Mikey sorry I should of told more info on them. My poor body is so beat up from the arthuritis it was just killing me from Friday till Monday I sure told everyone this was going to be a bad storm for sure. The old '55 jeep(open seat/motor/plow) is still ticking and kickin butt(4 sets of chains) I have the new frame in the garage with the 5:38 gears and locking differentials 3" lift kit now I'm just designing killer brush bumpers for it(3/8" diamond plate tops/ 6" "ship & car" channel for the front has to be rugged.  I'm pushing over 6' piles of snow now and I see guys with S10's w/plows  using snowblowers to get thru the higher snow banks because the truck won't push it my jeep just powers thru and piles it up they have the truck setup wrong for snow plowing no aggressive tires/no weigh for traction. I can remember years ago when I was a kid seeing 2wd trucks with snowplows/chains with 2/55 gallon drums of water for weight in the back bed "BFWD"(before four wheel drives) and they worked fine. I you have no weight in the rear the rear end does nothing and you burn out  the front end by making it do all the work. Not too many old timers out there left with experience snowplowing. So thats my snowplowing tip of the season. So add weight to the rear make that baby ride like an old caddie but she will be a bear when plowing snow.

Now the rear micrometer site I'm talking about is the one that samco has for $20 it just goes in the center of the orginal rear site and has a vertical micrometer adjustment for distance the cam adjustment is no longer needed.                                                         BigBill

Get ready for this weekends weather here in the northeast if the rain is snow we will get pounded more than the last storm this one is bigger. we just haven't had a normal winter in the northeast for a long time. My only question is where's the global warming guys now with all this below zero weather we have had??

BigBill:  doancha just love those jeeps.  Yours sound like a monster.  The last one I had came with posi in 4WD and would go anywhere.  It just ate right through snow drifts and banks.

As for the global warming - I think it went south with that Nino kid.  Mikey.
