I guess that means that one can never fireform a cartridge like making a 243 from a 308? The damn 22-250 was made from a 250 Savage and now we have our head in the sand and we say never fireform a cartridge from another? I guess wildcatting is just left to those of spine and strength, off of which others just bebefit. You can lock this for information purposes!!!!!

Most of this discussion should be saved for the reloading section.

Wildcatting----done with the proper tools--measurements--training and common sence is a viable option.

Simply using cartridges from one caliber to another is not only very stupid----but down right dangerous.

I'm pretty sure GB doesn't need the survivors of our Darwin candidate(hopefully they didn't reproduce) suing him because they picked up bad info on this site.

And yes----LOCKED AGAIN.
