JD won't take crap?
Lets see how this goes. Lets say you really have a problem with a SSK product. You call YES you are MAD and yes Customer service says I am SORRY please send the offending part back so we may make it right.
IF and IF you were wrong and the problem was yours? then they say WE are SORRY sir This is why it happened.
If it is SSK fault they say I am SORRY sir I will be more than happy to make it RIGHT.
YES for the price paid for a SSK barrel THEY WILL take some crap from a Dissatisfied customer.
If NOT I will NEVER purchase another.
Customer service = Taking some crap at times.
Call him and tell him your problem. Will be nice to find out about His Customer service.
