The United Nations Firearms Protocol, adopted four years ago, along with the International Action Network on Small Arms, are vehicles gun grabbers are using to require UN member states, including the United States, to regulate according to UN specifications the manufacture, export, import and transit of firearms, firearms parts and components, and ammunition.
