thompson contender stock ???????????????????????????

i am fixin to aquire a 223 thompson with frame and a bell and carson thumbhole stock. my question is the stock. this is the butt and fore end being black and ambdextrious thumbhole,my problem is they are not in production anymore and i was wondering if anybody knew what they once ost new. this is a fiberglass stock.please help, and yes i know there are a lot of frames for sale cause im buying as many as i can.

They were around $75 when Midway once sold them. I was glad to get rid of mine because the stock was too thin at the grip area for my hand. I felt like I was holding a pencil in my hand instead of a rifle stock. I know what you mean about the Contender frames. I found a SS Contender Carbine on the rack at a local gun shop that was on lay-away since 1995. It had the #21 catalog inside the box and to make it better, the guy never came back to buy it.  :)

thanks for the info, i think ill try it for a while as it goes its probably for sale
