Some years ago I had returned a Ruger flat top Blackhawk for transfer bar retrofit.
UPS left it on the front porch while the wife and I were at the parents house for Christmas in Orlando from 23 Dec to 30 Dec.
The wife taught school at that time and the neighborhood kids were around regularly. Got lucky I guess. It was there when we returned and the porch stoop wasn't even screened. It was leaning against the front door...
I called and they said the driver didn't know it was a gun.
I couldn't hold it in and gave them a "BS" and commented, since the box had Ruger on it and they delivered 98% oe the firearms in the country, possibly they had a driver that couldn't read.
