I have just got a new featherweight and was looking at replacement stocks - I want to have a "beater" stock that I can use for hunting whislt keeping the very nice original intact. My question is - I was looking at richards microfit stocks and noticed that they have a blind magazine stock for the short action Mod 70, 660/770 - will this fit the Mod 70 Classic "New pre 64 type"? Im a new winchester owner and I am not to sure about the various models - are these blind stocks for the push feed rifles?
