My wife bought me a Stoeger Uplander for Fathers Day. It's a beautiful little gun, very nice wood for an inexpensive shotgun. Everything was great untill this morning when I took the barrels off to swab them out. Now I can't get the forearm to snap back into place. I push the top lever to the right and the barrels lock into the frame, but the forearms won't angle into it's place. There are two pins sticking out the front of the receiver that seem to be stopping it, and I noticed the firing pins are protruding from the frame. It went togeather fine at the store, and again when we got home, and I'm  not doing anything different that I can think of. Anyone?

It sounds as if the strikers have been dropped with the barrels and forearm removed.  The pins protruding from the frame knuckle are the cocking rods/cams.  Pressing them should cock the hammers/strikers and allow the weapon to be reassembled..  Be careful to push in the direction the fore arm iron would press them were it in place and the fore arm/barrel assembly were being rotated down after a shot(s) had been fired.  After the weapon is again cocked, re-assemble the barrels & forearm to the frame and all should once again be well.  Good luck..

Worked like a charm. Thank you!

This is a real nice looking shotgun for $350. It has a very nice piece of feathered walnut on it. Lockup seems to be solid. It has fixed chokes, imp/mod, and extractors only, but very nice. I don't know much about the brand, but I'm looking forward to shooting it.
