Well just got back from RCBS, as usual their svc was outstanding. Had loaned a RCBS II press and the guys kid used it for an anvil and managed to screw up the threads. He offered to buy me another one and I said let me take it to RCBS. Had that and a broken handle on a bullet puller (dont ask). I asked if they had a 7/14 thread chaser, "Brian" said they would just replace the threads and give me another piece for my bullet puller. This took all of 10 min from the time I got their till I left. No charge as usuall. Hard to beat service like that.
