Well, I got my Handi back from H&R yesterday. I'd sent it in to check the barrel, whcih wasn't locking up correctly. While it was there, I got them to go ahead and fit a .223 barrel to the frame. Anyway, they sent the gun back and included a test target that had been fired with the .25-06, which measured around 1/2" center to center.

Anyone else receive a test target with their barrel? Oh, they didn't include a target with the .223 barrel, just the .25-06 barrel.

No test target here. I asked them for one when the fitted the 30-06 Ultra Comp but no luck....<><.... :|

when they do test targets at what range do they test at?

An indoor 100yd range.

Sent my 243 in for keyholing 100 grain ammo and ordered a 308 barrel. Got a nice pic. of a target with 3 round holes in it from my 243, fired 5 rounds of Rem. 100 grain factory ammo, 2 keyholed, it is going back. No pic. with the 308 barrel, but it shoots like a dream.

my 20ga ultraslug barrel came with a target.NEFs ultraslugs are very accurate and they include a test target along with them when sold.
