ultra varmint vs handi bull barrel

I am planning on a new rifle instead of barrel only and don't know what to get. I'll probably go with a .223 and am curious if anyone can tell me if on average you have a better chance of getting a tack driver with the 24" ultra varmint of the 22" handi bull barrel. I welcome all opinions.

:D Hi hvacman,

I have a .223 ultra and it shoots good. I have gotten dime size groups when I do my part. I only have two handi rifles, but I would think the longer barrel would give one better odds of being a little more accurate.
Just my thought.

For the little difference in cost, I'd go for the Ultra, without a doubt, it certainly isn't going to shoot any worse on average than a 22" barrel, and it doesn't weigh that much more to be concerned about unless you compare it to a super light.

I had the factory fit an Ultra barrel on my Handi and it shoots awesome! I took it out varmint hunting last weekend and hosed a bunch in spite of the wind.

Ohhhh, I hate when that happens
