My 223 bull barrel Rossi has a very good trigger and shoots less than MOA. I sold a Rossi 17 HMR because it had a very heavy trigger and wasn't very accurate. Relplaced it with a 17HMR Handy and it's a Dandy! :-D [/b]

I had one in .243 and it was a piece of junk.  Wouldn't shoot straight and would open on shooting with certian loads.  Sold it and bought a Handi Rifle, now life is good.  Larry

I have the .243 std barrel and have had zero problems with it. I am no bench shooter but accuracy runs 1.5" at 100yds off bench with std rem 100gr.
