Contender ring height?

Getting a Burris 3x12 for my 223 Contender. Plan on using Burris Signature Zee Weaver style rings. Which height should I go with? I'm thinking "high" but not sure. Thanks.

I would say Med or High, just to insure you can cock the hammer without an extension.  :D

I always use "low" scope mounts on rifles so i can keep my face on the stock and look through the scope.  This is not an issue with handguns!  For this reason, I always use high mounts on all my pistol barrels for easier hammer access.
