I've used it on those very same handgun bullets, and then some, and up to 30-30 with good results. Haven't used it on high power rifle bullets so can't comment there.
According to the description, you don't need a heater for this lube. I've never had to use one, but it never gets much below 50, at the coldest, here, and that's usually too late or too early to be up sizing bullets anyways. :wink: :lol:
Out of curiosity, how is using the molly messy? Where's the mess coming from? On that note, you may find the alox messier. The stuff is on the soft side and can get all over the place without you knowing it. :lol:
