Got to the range early in the morning to beat the heat and wind. After trying many loads for weeks , I have finally arrived. It shot 5 rounds into a group barely an inch apart. 3 of the holes were touching in one and 2 were touching in a total of 5. I am a happy camper. I found H322 to be the powder MY Target rifle likes. Thanks to JHP45 and all the others for your help in getting me on the right track. Now to try 100 yds and see what happens.

A group like that would put a smile on any shooters face. What caliber were you shooting? Again good shooting.

I'm shooting a H&R Target 38/55 with 250 gr. Lee Cast bullet.. A challenge to get shooting, but very satisfying when accomplished.

Missed: How many grains of H322? What range? Primer? Lube?

Bill- I use CCI primers , Liquid Alox, and the info given with the Lee 38/55 Factory Crimp Die for the powder. I use the mininium charge. This is at a range of 50 yds. I tried 100 today but wasn't very successful. It was very hot and humid, so that could be a factor. Gonna try again when things cool off abit. I noticed all my Handi rifles shoot their worst during a heat wave.
