RWS M54 in .177 caliber.
Distance: 25 yards.
4 X Pro Air sight.
Wind maybe 5mph.
Velocities are 5 shot averages at 10 feet from the muzzle over the Oehler P 35.
Beeman Silver Arrow. wgt. unknown 730 f.p.s. 3/4".
Crossman Premier 10.7grn. 733f.p.s. 3/4".
Kodiak Xtra Heavy 730 f.p.s. 6 shots inside 5/16", not quite 1/4" c to c.
Beeman Ramjet wgt. unknown. 783 f.p.s. 9/16" for TEN shots.
RWS Super H-point wgt. unknow 883 f.p.s. 1 1/4"(yuk).
Premier hollow point, wgt. unknown 2". (yuk, ka-ka).
She prefers heavies as I'm told most "magnum" springers do.
Then the fun started.
Results: Ten very shot up soda cans.
I'm still pretty new at this sport and completely addicted, so if anyone has any pointers or favorite pellets that shoot well let me know and I'll try them.
I appreciate all the advice I can get.

The best way to find which pellet that shoots best in your rifle is to purchase a "sampler pack".  The one from Straight Shooters, http://www.straightshooters.com/common/sspelsmp.html, is about the best I have come across.  Also check out the Terminal Pellet test at http://home.hiwaay.net/~ispellan/PelletTest02.html to see the results on many of the different pellets available.  My personal favorite for hunting is the Beeman Crow Magnum and the H&N wad cutter but I am testing JSB’s Predator pellets at the moment and am getting some great results from lower powered rifles using them.  The major drawback to using them is cost - almost $12.00 per tin(200 count in both .177 & .22).  Lawdog
