The only ones I have looked through are the cheapo models.  The Blazer and the 8 point.  I thought the 8 point line was suspose to be discontinued but anyway they were at Walmart.  They were the Master series and they were as clear as anything I've seen. The manager was kind enough to remove the bubble wrap.  They looked and felt like well made scopes for the money.  Time will tell.  I would really like to look through the new Aetec model.  I really like the old Simmons Aetec and can't wait to see the new Master series.  Simmons did make some junk scopes but they will stand behind even a .05 cent scope you found in the road, split in half, with a millon tire tracks on it as long as it says Simmons.

The new Master Series scopes are the real deal.  The have Weaver Grand Slam innards, long non-critical eye relief and exceptionally good quality glass.  But alas, they are not cheap.  They are cheaper than the competitions similar models.  This was accomplished by exporting the labor to China.
