Center Fire Sub Chambers

Hello group members,

Here's a 5 shot group i shot useing my 32 ACP Sub Chamber in my Valmet 412 / 12ga. 30-06 combi gun at 25 yards.

I think it does quite well, considering i never spent a lot of time working up a load for it.

I was wondering, do any of you use cub chambers in your guns to shoot pistol rounds???  I think they are quite handy for a low noise and low recoiling round, especially in older guns where you don't want to be shooting a lot of full power loads.

Drilling man

Where you using the scope on your combo gun?  Did it princt close at 25 yards to point of AIM?  What type of sub cal device are you using?  Did you use the 30-06 barrel or the 12ga barrel?

I was thinking of getting an Einstecklauf...........  sun cal insert for mine.
regards
Mark

The 32acp fits in what looks like a blank 30-06 round.  The insert only holds the acp and once you fire it the bullet gets it's accuracy from the 06 rifleing.

I don't remember if i used a scope or not but my guess is that i did ?,  nor do i remember where the poa is compared to 06 loads.

  Sorry,
