Well i'm gonna call CS monday and see if they have any of the ultracomps left. Who, in CS, has had their act together lately? Would i need to ask for Jennifer? Or someone else. Does the discount offer include these barrels?

If they don't have a 270 ultracomp left, i guess i will just order the 243 ultra varmint.

I did not want to ruin your fun, I was just kidding. Gunsmithing is a very good trade. You also might want to take a course in NC machining
and programing/ mechanical engineering. That will increase your choice in available jobs.

Ha, RWS the finest air rifle in the world, nice looking Stutzen. I could warm up to one of them. I looked at them at the Shot Show.
A Stutzen is a short Manlicher stocked rifle. There are many German
Berg-Stutzen also called Kiplauf Stutzen.

My target air pistol was made by RWS under the Beeman name ala 45 colt with an 8" barrel and a 2x Burris air rifle scope with long eye relieve.
The Beeman P1 has two stages 400 and 600 ft with an adjustable target trigger. It shoots into one hole at 10 meters.

I sandwiched two thin alu plates between the grips and attached a shotgun but stock. It is now a short handy rifle.

Did you know that all air rifles over 500 ft are considered firearms in Canada and must be registered. You need an FAC to buy one.

The 405 Win is a perhaps one of the better big moderate calibers.
Don't know what happened to the new 405 Win by Browning 1885.

Funny they are avalable here in 45-70 and 38-55 but not in 405.

Hey Fred,
Can you get the primer powered.22 Colibris in Canada? I shoot them in my .22 Sportster and all I can hear is a small 'pop' and the hammer fall. They make less noise than my wife's Crosman Mk1 CO2 pistol!

And I'm talking about the ones in the red box -Super Colibri- the one's in the yellow box get stuck in the rifle barrel about 50% of the time.

Yellow box colibri shoots great out of my sons henry mini bolt, 16 inch barrel, that may be the the reason not long enough to get stuck(been cans at 15-20 yards good practice for him with open sights). Haven't seen the red box around here but I have not looked for it. If you have a short 22 the yellow may work.

And yeah, my son's youth Henry levergun 16" bbl shoots the yellow box okay too, but the Sportster and Adult size Henry get stuck about half the time... just ain't worth the hassle. The yellow box rounds make virtually NO noise at all in a rifle, and unless I see the bullet hit the dirt (or the can) I really don't know if it exited the barrel without looking down the bore!

And note, it even has French for any non-bilingual Francophone Canucks who desire same. (Also on the back, Spanish - they ARE made in Mexico)

I gave some to a friend of mine in BC when I was up there in the spring. He had never seen them before (and he works in a gun store) so I wonder how common they may be for you in SK..?
