nothing happening yet.must decide on just renting a reamer? or buying one? then renting it out myself? or doing a group buy where 5 or 6 put money in and buy a reamer?

you want in for sure?

you want to head the deal?or do you want me t head the deal?or someone else?

we must find a place where we can buy a reamer.there are a couple of places where a reamer can be rented but not bought.

more ideas please

I don't really want to head the deal.......after all you started this thing   :D  :)
I don't even have a barrel to be a candidate for it yet, which is why I was wondering what the progress was. I have some bucks set aside to do something with and I need to follow thru with this chambering so ya I'm in, may not be the first one to get the reamer but I'm in. Hadn't made up my mind whether I'm gonna get an accessory barrel or save a little more and just get a whole new gun, I could use another SB-2.  I do think we oughta hold out till we can buy one and pass it around, kinda make it a community own. If it came down to it we could put it up for sale after we're all done with it and try to recoop some of our costs. I know Digger's costs added up pretty quick when he rented his.

Put me down as a definite. No matter how we do it. But i would much rather go in with a bunch of people and buy a reamer and pass it around the board to the members that help pay for the reamer. But i ready anytime y'all are.

I'm in !

I prefer an outright purchase as well and passing it around amongst ourselves.

Me and Digger are still talking and thinking on this one. Jeff is out since the barrel he was going to use is the one Justin Korpal tried to swindle him on. He has said that he may be still interested if we find and can get the reamer and if he has a candidate barrel then. I will be sending one of my receivers for the 44 mag barrel before the sale goes and we'll go from there. Does look like there's enough interest to do a reamer pass around kinda like the 357 Max project that took place at the old board.
