.223 Heavy Barrel

Anyone have the heavy barrel .223? We have a new Dick's SG that just opened and they have them with 6 x ? x 50 scope mounted. Scope has no name on it, so must be a special made for Dick's. They are asking $299. for the outfit. Any thoughts? Thinking seriously about picking one up. Thanks.

I have a 223 bull barrel Rossi.........a real accurate rifle, good trigger!

I would try to find out the brand name of the scope. I have seen the heavy barrel rossi go for $200 w/o scope.
