Ask over on the NEF/H&R Centerfire Rifles Forum. Most of those guys seem to use them in their Handi Rifles. They seem to shoot better than most in them and are cheap. You'll get lots of comments on them there.

It is pretty amazing stuff for the money. I think it's best for the slower twist barrels that don't like the heavier stuff. My lightweight CZ won't group better than 2 inches with 55 grain FMJ, but it loves this stuff, 3/4 inch group averages for 5 shots. Couldn't ask for better from factory ammo. I wonder about the 3600 fps. claim though, I don't have a chrono to check it.

It's fairly easy to get 3800+ fps from 40 grain bullets and 26" barrels so 3600 fps from a 45 grain doesn't really stretch my imagination. Now if you barrel is shorter you might not get there.

We chronographed them and never got even close to 3600 fps. That was out of a 24" bbl. The fastest we clocked one was 3320. Out of an AR15 they only ran 3150. They shot ok out of the bolt gun (11/4" @ 100 yds.), but they wouldn't shoot worth a crap out of the AR with a 1 in 9 twist. All in all they make a pretty good plinking round for the money

I ran this through my heavy-barrelled Encore last year.   Makes a mess of prairie dogs, which is all I've shot with it.  My groups were between 1" and 1 1/4".  I believe I've read that some guys get between 1/2" and 3/4" groups with it.  I do handload, I just never got around to working up any loads for the gun yet.  I don't own a chronograph, so I can't say for sure if it meets the advertised velocity or not.  Buy a box and try it. :D

Good stuff. I use it in my 700 VLS with MOA or better accuracy. I also had a bullberry .223 Contender barrel that loved the stuff.

Gives good terminal performance on prairie dogs. Not alway spectacular, but sometimes it'll launch them, but most of the time it just puts the lights out.

These give comparable groups to the various 55 fmj loads in my AR-15, and give 1" to 1 1/4" groups in my Contender carbine, which is pretty good for this rifle.

My Ruger 77 VT does around 1.25" with these, and it does  3/4" or better with anything else I've tried.

I originally bought the White Box Win to season/break in my barrel. I shot them in my CZ 527 Kev 223. As I continued to shoot them, I could not believe the fine acuracy. My groups were under 1" from the first string. They shoot about 1" higher than my handloads with no left/right change. So I have a load that works if I need to buy factory stuff. I have had good groups in my CZ 550 Kev 22-250 too.
