What's the biggest scope you've ever put or seen put on a Handi?

Who cares how it looks as long as it serves your purpose??? Mueller Eraticator 8.5-25x50IGR on my 204 Ruger...

yeah, that's kinda what I was thinking. I want to put the Mueller Eradicator on the .223, and the Nikko Stirling on a .243, for some funky Handis.

It's not gonna be so top-heavy that you can't keep it from toppling on a sandbag, will it...I'm sure it will be fine. Man I've got to make that a priority, and post pics when done....tee hee. That Nikko looks like one cool scope.

For several years I had a Springfield Armory 4-16X56MM tactical scope on my 223 Ultra Rifle. I was told on numerous occasions that I had too much scope on that rifle. But it was an accurate combination that killed lots of coyotes. Now the Springfield sits on my Colt AR15.

That scope did look a little funny on that Ultra, but it worked.

I wouldn't worry what the scope looks like so much as long as it works. Besides that you may start a whole new trend :lol:

Well...it isn't a Handi...but...it's what I have my Mueller tacticle on...

That'll look great on my "Mountain Howitzer" Buffalo Classic rechamber to 45-120.

Not sure if I can get a base and ring set that mounts the scope high enuff to see over end of the barrel when lobbing "crater makers" at ground hog 800yards away. lol

I began with a long post. But i feel that it could be more simple.

It's only depend on the accuracy of shooter/rifle/ammo.
If you are sub-MOA on benchrest or long range varminting it will fit nicelly on your handy. :agree:

The nikkos are good, perhaps best to explain they are like the bushnell range, theres cheap ones ok for .22lr, entry level for centrefire rifles and topline ones which rate very highly against some more expensive scopes perhaps better known,
