:cb2: The trigger is the only negative thing I can think of. You will need to get a trigger job. Other than that, the SP101 is a great little .357. Like Dand, we have had one for years and put everythig you can think of through it without a hitch.
I really love shooting, and when I go, I like to take my time and enjoy it. For my wife, practice is a chore, and she wants to get finished in a hurry, so she can go do something else. One day at the range, she shot 250 rounds of .38+P in about 20 minutes or less. She turned to me and said, "My gun is hot." She handed it to me and burned me with it. It was too hot to open the cylinder. I had never had that happen, but I can make five boxes of ammo last a lot longer than she can! Point of the story is, that little SP101 is the best built little snubbie on the market.
Another nice thing about it is the way it is made. The only screw in the whole thing is the one in the grip. It has a one piece frame and it is a breeze to disassemble for cleaning.
