We left at 5:30 this morning to go out to Dueshane, UT for some prairie dog fun. I took my .223 and .17 HMR (both NEF's) with me. Boy IS THAT FUN! We shot for about three hours, with few short breaks. When my .223 barrel got too hot, and had problems with the action opening up while firing, I switched to the .17, and continued. That little rifle will reach out quite a ways. Better that shooting paper, I reckon
