Hay folks, :grin:  Sorry for being gone so long.  I have been reading the board on occasion.  Daveinthebush,  Can't thank-you enough for what your doing for the troops.  THANKS!!!!!,  Matt if you read this sorry we could not get hooked up on a hunt before you left.  Thanks for all your help.

Dave I hope all is going well.  I've been pulled about every way but loose by Uncle Sam.  Went down south for some reds on the russian (brought me back to my senses) will try and get out start doing what I really enjoy.

For those who think Alaska is not diverse.  Was driving on Fort Richardson Army Post going to Elmendorf AFB about 300yrds from the flightline,  0600 in the morning and had to brake for the biggist boar grizz I have seen yet.  Took me 10mins to get my heart rate back to normal.  For those not up here thats only a few miles outside of Anchorage on a fairly busy military post.

Dave I heard they are seeing some color up north of you.

Old Moss.  Welcome back to Alaska.  

Color??? Where?  I spent the summer hitting every stream from Valdez to 70 mile and then more up north near Black Rapids.  Thought I had found some gold but it turned out to be some left over stuff in an unused snuffer bottle from Peters Creek.  Though I found the mother lode. :?

Summer is almost over. Silvers are in in Valdez, deer season is almost here and the lower unit on the boat is in transit somewhere between Anchorage and Japan.

Well, better cut firewood until I get mobile again.
