Does anyone here know if there are any Grohmann knife retailers in the U.S.? They make a very good knife for a pretty good price. I know they are made in Canada and can be prdered on the internet. I was wondering if anyone had seen them at retail stores here? Thanks

I've never seen them anywhere in the areas of the U.S. I've lived in. Would have noticed, probably, since I think the original design grohmann is the best hunting knife design around; especially now that they are flat grinding many of their blades. They don't even appear to attend many trade shows down here either, since their site lists them as only being at the big Las Vegas show.

A couple years ago I used one that belonged to a friend. I was impressed with it to say the least. I quess I will have to give one a try. I found them on the webb at Knife Center. In their description it doesn't say if they are flar ground.

A.G. Russell sells them. At least they did a few months ago. I have one and it is my favorite. Not real fond of the sheath but the knife is nicely shaped and holds an edge well.
