what seems to be the most accurate factory load for the .223??
i got a new ultra varmit and want to try it out with factory before investing in dies/bullets etc.

Without a doubt, most have found the Winchester white box ammo the best from the factory. It's cheap enough and can be found at Walmart.

Also try the UMC 55gr. FMJ. You can find them at walmart for around $4 a box of 20.
Those and the WWB shoot the best out of my 223 HB.

I've had my best results with Remington express. Kinda expensive though, so I went ahead and got dies. Never looked back after sub-inch at 200yds.
