Fatcatbuster,The trick is to call the bird up close and your impcylinder will do as good as any if close enough.May I suggest you pattern your gun and see what shot size it likes best at say 30yds. You can kill or miss with what you have as good as what you think you might need. I thought the whole idea was to call the bird in.If it is not then get your rifle out! I hunt with a 20ga.and for years I thought no 5's were what was best.Killed a lots of birds with that load.Then one day I decided to patter my gun and found that it preferred no 4's a whole lots better.Try patterning your gun and you might just be surprised!
