Ultra scope mount?

I'm going to order a scope mount for my .500 S&W and i notice that they list 2 different ones a scope mount and an ultra scope mount what's the differenence? will both of them fit?

The ultra mount is an inch longer, has more cross slots in and has a set screw in the muzzle end of it. Unless you need the extra cross slots for mounting a large scope, the standard rail is fine.

Since i plan on mounting a red dot i guess i don't need the ultra base.
