Price Check please! Used 12 Ga. Pardner.

I have the option of buying a used Pardner single shot 12 ga. Full choke.  the guy says it is in great shape and I called on the SN and it is a 1991 model and does qualify for barrel exchange.  So, he wants $60 for it.  Is this a fair price?

For my area, that's a decent price for a very good one.  

Most in very good condition are in the $79.00 range.   Anything less than $60.00 is generally a well used one.  Not necessarily junk, but one that may have some wear and some ding's and/or scratch 's.  

When I see good examples of these guns in the $60.00 range, I find it hard to pass by them.
