What type of ammo, some HPs will not work. What type of jam? Failure to feed, failure to eject, bullet getting stuck going in? It could be a weak mag spring or recoil spring? Take a look at the feed ramp. It may have to be polished. Are these reloads - check the COL.

alexw,
Not to bash your pistol, but Llama quality is a bit spotty. If this is a new pistol and it jams right out of the box, it needs to be returned to the dealer.  If it has been working ok since you bought it, and suddenly started having malfunctions, it might be fixable. But, more information on the type of malfunction would be necessary. From your post I would assume that you might not be comfortable with fixing it yourself. Perhaps you know someone that can help you with your gun.
Good Luck,

You stated it had been cleaned, but never mentioned relubing it. Semis do not like to be dry. Did you properly lub after cleaning? If the rails are dry, this can prevent proper slide movement, ejection and feeding.

I will have to agree with savage, llama's are pretty cheap...  You should return it, and find something with a little higher quality.  Otherwise, you have a 9mm paperweight.
