Model 490 Semi Auto 22 Cal - what is a second hand one worth

I have been offered the above model rifle but have no idea what it is worth. Can anyone help? Were they a good shooter?

Good :  Here is what is in the blue book, Mfg 1975-80, 100% value is $250 down to 60% value of $110, Hope that helps :D    JIM
