Im no expert but it sounds like from your two posts you need to back down on your powder charge. If your primers are flattening and extruding into the firing pin hole those are both high pressure signs. You may be having extraction problems due to pressures being too high also, cases may be sticking in the chamber. As for the 140 grain bullets keyholing...that sounds like the bullets are too long for the rate of twist in your barrel to stabilize them properly.
