6.5TCU extractor

I've oiled it and stoned it and it doesn't extract about 80% of the time. Any suggestions? This is a new barrel.

Im no expert but it sounds like from your two posts you need to back down on your powder charge. If your primers are flattening and extruding into the firing pin hole those are both high pressure signs. You may be having extraction problems due to pressures being too high also, cases may be sticking in the chamber. As for the 140 grain bullets keyholing...that sounds like the bullets are too long for the  rate of twist in your barrel to stabilize them properly.

You did not explain the trouble exactly. Did your extractor catch your shells the 20% that it did not extact or was it hard and you had to knock out the shell. If your shell was hard to get out. Reduce your loads( too hot reloads). If your extractor did not catch your shell. You need to remove your extractor out of barrel lug and bend it in a vise whereby it will catch each shell all of the time. Sometimes you my find the wrong extractor installed in the barrel lug.
