Ed's banner is the very top thing on the TC Handgun Forum. It is ALWAYS at the top. It is hard coded into the software and the forum can't open without the banner showing. The rotating banners are on a different server and can fail when forums are working but Ed's banner will be there if the forum is.

Now it isn't on the individual threads but it is on the TC Handgun Forum as I said.
