Fiber optic sights for Handi Rifle

Does anyone know if you can order the fiber optic sights H&R installs on their muzzleloaders for Handi Rifle barrels?  I think that would be a nice touch.  If you order a replacement barrel, will they just install those for you instead of the standard open sights if you request it?
