I have a 22bisley that has a steel frame and screwed in front sight. The frame must be a single six because I purchased a ss magnum cylinder for mine since it didn't come with a magnum cylinder at it functions perfectly.

I also have a Ruger Bisley .22.  I have owned it for about 15 years.  It is a steel single six frame, steel grip frame and has a screwed on front sight.
It is also a pleasure to shoot.
