A modern 30 or 32 caliber rimfire I think it would really be the ticket for edible small game or just killing those evil aluminum cans. An 80gr bullet at right around 1000 fps should be about perfect. What do you think?

What about long guns to handle the 25 and 32 ACP rounds?? Just a thought...

True but in some states certain seasons are rimfire only that is some of my reasoning for a rimfire.

magnum caliber barrels. i want a .300win mag, why? well it's simple...its big and cool :-D :-D blame the British and thier .338 Lapua Mag L96 sniper rifles.

I don't know about the whole rimfire thing, but I am with you all the way for a 9mm or 45acp barrel.
