The walnut checkered stock is a youth stock from Brownell's, inside the Galco recoil pad is the youth stock's recoil pad, it's within a ¼" of the same pull length as an adult Monte Carlo. That scope is a Bushnell Elite 3200 10x40 Mildot, but any good scope will stand up to the recoil of a 45-70, they aren't that bad, specially with the loads that most people shoot in em. That stock is not comfortable to shoot heavy loads, I shot 540gr loads at about 1700fps and it was brutal on my face. A check pad would help a lot!! Accuracy was 1"-1¾" at 100yds, depending on the load I shoot.
