Well since you asked for the "easiest" way here goes! Take a hammer and a punch (screwdriver will work in a pinch, phillips is better for me) and tap, errrrrr.......fram the part of the sight with the bead on it out of the little slot it sits in. Then remove the screw holding the base on the barrel and you are done. I don't worry about marring the finish on the sight as I have no plans to ever use them. I reckon I have three or four sets of them in a baggie in the gun safe?
