I would have to agree with the above poster. Big cased .22's like that are fine for pushing big, heavy 80 to 90 grain bullets for long range work but are kind of wasted with the lighter stuff. About the biggest .22 I'd want to build would be a 22-250 AI or a swift. Launching light bullets much faster than those two is too much of a tradeoff in bad B.C. so they slow down quick, short barrel life, touchy reloading pressure wise, and lots of blast and recoil. All things to think about before investing in building one.
